Use our Size Guide: measure under your bust and around the fullest part of your bust, then enter both numbers in the size finder to see your suggested size. For panties, measure your waist and hips. If you are between sizes or still unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in metro cities, 5–8 business days in the rest of India, and 7–10 business days in the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir and remote areas. You will see the estimate for your pincode at checkout, and we will send you a tracking link by email and SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Yes, bras can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. Your first exchange is free. Panties cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, we accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email, or under My Account → Orders.
